This is the most highly sought after of the later Vacumatics. If you don't know the story, Parker made the so-called Vac Bands for only a brief time in 1937 before discovering that they were too costly. This is an essential part of any emerging Parker or Vacumatic collection. It's a fine example with a very late, but correct, USA Parker nib imprint. The plating is intact but shows signs of wear. There is no reason not to use it carefully before tucking it among your most prized Parkers. A very special gift for yourself or that special person. (PA4605)
