This US made Parker Rainbow is one of the innumerable versions of the "75" that Parker made in their heyday. The dimpled top and hash-marked nib-ring date this intriguing Special Edition pen to 1973-75. Parker developed the drawn white and yellow gold "rainbow" material for the model "61" but called on it again for this L.E. Common wisdom suggests that the subtlety of the design and the high failure rate in producing the Rainbow material, put the ax to this rare and beautiful '75' variant.

Like all "75"s this pen uses a Cartridge/ Converter filling system. No converter is in the pen at present. With it's original 14 kt. US made nib it will be a distinctive and reliable addition to your Parker collection.
